She Didn't Know???
The military judge presiding over PFC Lynndie England's court martial rejected her guilty plea today, saying that he "wasn't convinced" that she knew that her actions were wrong?
Huh?
PFC England is 22 years old. In 22 years, she hasn't learned that abusing people is wrong? An Army E-3 hasn't been taught that you don't abuse prisoners?
Hogwash.
Anyone over the age of about eight or ten knows right from wrong. How does one get to be 22 and not know that there are certain things you just don't do?
Fortunately, this is not the end of the story. The charge has not been dismissed, only the plea rejected. There'll be another Article 32 hearing and maybe this time, they'll get it right.

Maybe the judge doesn't want England's sentence lessened.
Or maybe the judge really is a retard, and doesn't realize that England was taught, as a 22 year old E-3, that jeering at a prisoner's dick with a ciggy hanging out of her mouth is a no-no. Doubly so if she were to have her buddy photograph it.
Sure is funny, though.
