Another Urban Legend?
You know the old saying: if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't. This story has "Urban Legend" written all over it, but we can't help but wonder if the technology is real.
Sure would be a great way to keep all the little juvenile delinquents off one's property, though.

Judging from the carefully planned and calculated "Chu greengos are a bunch of beegots!!!" riots the Roman Catholic cult and her La Raza harlot spawned yesterday, I'm wondering if we could invent something similar called La Cucaracha.
Put them along the southern border and repel the wetback baby-makers! We need some kind of anti-moocher device because it certainly isn't going to come from Der Schtaat, the Kakostocracy, being largely Papist, is therefore stalwartly in favor of Wetbacks' "Rights".
Can you imagine looters having riots to demand anti-looting laws and fewer cops?
